Refund & Shipping Policy

Every GFT T-shirt is produced after the sales round closes, and its NFT is minted at the moment you pay. Because each item is made for you and its token is already recorded on the blockchain, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or dissatisfaction with the randomly assigned design or tier.

You may cancel an order for a full refund until the sales round closes and the production order is placed. The cancellation deadline for your round is shown in your order history. After that point the order cannot be cancelled.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from your order (wrong size or color, missing NFC card), email admin@twinmeta.xyz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund the full purchase price, at your choice, including any return shipping we ask you to pay.

Refunds are returned in the same stablecoin (USDT or USDC) to the wallet you paid from, within 10 business days of approval. Network fees you paid on the original purchase are not refundable. We cannot refund to a different wallet.

We ship only within the United States. The estimated dispatch date for your round is shown at checkout and in your order history. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed when your parcel ships.

If we cannot dispatch by the stated date we will email you a new date. You may then cancel for a full refund by replying to that email or writing to admin@twinmeta.xyz. For delays longer than 30 days we will not proceed without your consent.

You can edit your shipping address in your order history until the production order is placed. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or refused delivery can be reshipped once at your cost.

The NFC card is part of the product and is required for ownership verification and CP transfer. Keep it safe; lost or damaged cards are reissued only under the conditions stated in Support.
