Level System
Every point you earn moves you up through five levels — and each level multiplies the points you earn next.
What is the Level System?
Your level reflects how much you have taken part in Twinmeta. As you collect Twin Points from purchases, cheers, Twin Code scans, and other activity, your cumulative points decide your level. A higher level grants a larger point boost, so the more you participate, the faster you earn — and the better the rewards you unlock.
The five levels
There are five levels, from A to S. Levels A, B, and C are reached automatically the moment your cumulative points pass the threshold. Levels W and S are limited tiers reserved for top participants.

How you level up
Levels A, B, and C are automatic and unlimited — the moment your cumulative points reach the next threshold, you move up, and you never drop back down.
Levels W and S are capped tiers. On the first day of each month, everyone's cumulative points are ranked, and the top participants within the available quota are promoted automatically — there is no application to fill out. W is aimed at roughly the top 10% and S at the top 1%.
Once you reach W or S, the level is yours to keep: even if you later fall outside the monthly quota, you are never demoted. When you are promoted to W or S, we send you an email and an in-app notification.
Point Boost
Each level adds a boost that applies to every Twin Point you earn: A +0%, B +5%, C +10%, W +25%, S +50%. For example, a Self-level member who earns 100 points actually receives 150.
Level boosts stack with referral and event boosts, up to a combined cap of 200%.
Example: Self level (+50%) + Diamond referrer (+30%) + a seasonal event (+50%) = +130%. Earning 100 points then gives you 230.
