Policies & Terms

These terms govern your use of Twinmeta. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. Twinmeta is currently in beta; terms may be updated as the service evolves.

1. The service

Twinmeta is a platform for phygital GFT t-shirts — physical garments paired with on-chain NFTs. Twinkers create and sell projects; Linkers participate, purchase, and authenticate. The platform connects sales, settlement, and authentication through smart contracts.

2. Accounts

You may register with an email address or by connecting a wallet. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and wallet keys secure. Twinmeta cannot recover lost wallet keys. Creator (Twinker) access requires application and admin approval and may be revoked for violations of these terms.

3. Payments

Purchases are settled in USDT through your connected wallet (MetaMask). On-chain transactions are irreversible — confirm details before signing. Gas fees and any network costs are your responsibility. A GFT is minted to your wallet at the moment of payment.

4. Digital and physical ownership

Each GFT links a digital NFT with a physical t-shirt carrying an embedded NFC chip. Ownership of the NFT is recorded on-chain; authentication confirms that the holder of the NFT and the holder of the physical item are the same. Resale of the NFT is permitted on supported marketplaces, where a 5% royalty applies (see Revenue Sharing).

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes others.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate early-bird, rarity, or settlement mechanisms.
  • Do not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform or its smart contracts.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm other members.

6. Privacy

We collect the information needed to operate the service: account details, wallet addresses, purchase and authentication records, and, for Twinkers, application materials such as brand assets and portfolio. This data is used to run sales, settlement, logistics, and support. On-chain data (wallet addresses, transactions, token ownership) is public by the nature of blockchain. We do not sell your personal data. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Beta and changes

The service is provided on an as-is basis during beta and may change, pause, or be corrected without notice. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced through the platform.
